Our newest song “Make Me Feel So Blue” can now be streamed under the Music section of this site. We’re really happy with how this one came out. Probably our finest recording to date.

We also recently mastered all our old tracks, so they all sound better than ever.

We gathered together all the moolah (money) we made over the summer and put it towards recording time at Futura Productions.

We managed to record one new tune which we plan on adding to our EP. “Make Me Feel So Blue” has always been one of our favorites to play live and we’re really happy with how the recording came out.

Our man, Igor (pictured below), is in the process of mixing it together as we speak, so we should have it out there for everyone to hear by next month. Get excited.

The EP is finally finished and we couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. Our friend, Igor Stolarsky, did a great job producing it over at Futura Productions. If we had tried recording this ourselves it would’ve turned out awful. We were also lucky in getting local musician, Sam Cole, to overdub fiddle parts on all the songs. Now we just need to recruit a fiddle player to join the band permanently. You can listen to the entire four song EP on the “Music” section of our website. Listen, share, and download (it’s free).

We had a great time playing upstairs at the Middle East last night. With all of us being from the Boston area, it was an honor to play at such a legendary venue. The Tricky Britches from Portland, Maine played before us and tore it up. I must say that it was nice to play a show with a bluegrass band and not a hard core heavy metal act. We also debuted a new song at the end of the show called, “Make Me Feel So Blue” which got a great reaction from the crowd. Lookin’ forward to busting it out at more shows.

We spent 8 hours at Futura Productions last week putting together our first EP. To save on time and money we recorded all the band parts live. Our producer, Igor, is mixing it together right now. We’re all real excited for the results. Here are some photos from our day at the studio.
